Halloween Costume Parade

Halloween Costume Parade

The last two years have been difficult for all in Cooperstown as we struggle to live safely. Every organization, including ours, have had to make tough choices to protect their staff and the community. We can truly appreciate the reluctance of the Chamber of Commerce to take on hosting duties for the annual Cooperstown Halloween Parade. Due to our core missions, the Village Library of Cooperstown and the Cooperstown PTA have been working particularly hard to meet the needs of children and young families during these times. Working together with concerned and involved guardians, parents and grandparents, the Library and School have been able to safely return kids to classrooms, story hours and extra curricular activities. We look forward to celebrating the Halloween holiday with the Cooperstown community, and we hope you’ll join us.
